1. Who you are contracting with

Slotify is operated by slotify UAE ("Slotify", "we", "us"). These terms form the agreement between you and slotify UAE for your use of the Slotify website, booking directory, business dashboard and related services (the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, making a booking, or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you use the Service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country of residence.

3. What Slotify provides

Slotify lets service businesses in the UAE publish a profile, list services, manage staff schedules and accept appointment bookings, and lets customers discover those businesses and book appointments. Slotify is a software platform: the service you book is delivered by the independent business you book it with, and payment for that in-store service is arranged directly between you and that business. Slotify does not take a commission on bookings.

4. Accounts and accurate information

You must provide accurate account details, including a valid GCC mobile number where required, and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of UAE law;
• commit fraud, send spam, or post misleading listings, reviews or prices;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including uploading malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping data; or
• circumvent plan limits, access controls or technical restrictions.

6. Content you submit

You keep ownership of the business details, images, service listings and reviews you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to host, display and process that content solely to operate the Service. You must have the rights to everything you upload. If you believe content on Slotify infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it. Repeat infringers lose access.

7. Intellectual property

slotify UAE retains all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation, design and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.

8. Subscriptions, payment and tax

Business subscriptions are billed as a flat monthly fee per plan (Starter, Growth and Enterprise), renewing automatically each month until cancelled.

Subscriptions are sold by slotify UAE and payments are processed securely by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Prices are shown in AED and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your dashboard, which opens the secure billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

9. Service levels

We work to keep Slotify available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination you can request an export of your booking data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost bookings, lost data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify slotify UAE against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by message to your account. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
